“Eyelash serums are treatments typically enriched with conditioning peptides and fatty acids that stimulate and promote growth and stronger eyelashes,” says Clementina Richardson, celebrity lash expert and founder of Envious Lashes. “Just like you condition your hair, you need to condition your lashes.
