Why Jennifer Aniston Has Started Swigging Apple Cider Vinegar in the Morning
Jennifer Aniston's one of those celebrities who always seems to evoke a sense of well-being. The former star of Friends (which you're undoubtedly still watching) has always been a fitness fanatic, steers clear of Instagram, and even travels with her workout essentials.
So it comes as no surprise that the woman you know and love as Rachel Green—of the famous "the Rachel" haircut—is a recent convert to drinking apple cider vinegar.
"Now I'm doing apple cider vinegar in the morning," Aniston tells Bazaar in a recent interview after raving about her love of vitamins. "I take a lot of vitamins, I'm not going to lie. It changes all the time because someone will say, 'Oh, my God, you don’t take activated charcoal?' Then you go down a Googling hole to understand the benefits of that, or turmeric, or dandelion for water retention." Sounds like a wellness girl after my own heart.

Opting to down good ol' ACV in the a.m. is definitely a good choice, judging by the plethora of benefits—it's credited in wellness circles with everything from better digestion to clear skin. In fact, she's admittedly so into the good-for-you life that she says she'd love to open a wellness center (watch out, Goop).

"I have a fantasy where you have this beautiful space with facialists, rotating workouts, meditation classes, and a café with recipes that are healthier versions of delicious foods so you’re not deprived," says Aniston. "I’m working on it in my brain. Not to sound all woo-woo, but if you go out into the world with inner peace, you’re more joyful." When can we sign up?
ACV's also a fabulous style hack—here's what happened when I rinsed my hair with apple cider vinegar. And these are 6 ACV-boosted beauty products that'll transform your look.
