A common fantasy for word nerds is to move to a sun-soaked, secluded island and spend endless days paging through an inexhaustible TBR pile. And for one lucky bookworm, that total #dreamjob is about to become, ahem, nonfiction. Soneva Fushi—a beyond-luxe resort located in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve in the Maldives—is hiring a reading buff to sell titles to the celebs and other chic travelers in its bookshop.

The far-flung establishment might just be the gold standard of indie bookstores since it will only offer quality, collectible reads on topics including the local environment, marine life, and other subjects of interest to the well-off tourists, according to The Guardian. In addition to hawking the highbrow food for thought, the candidate, for at least three months, will keep a blog chronicling their bookish island life, host storytelling time for children, and engage adults in writing courses. To apply, just shoot your resume to [email protected], and don’t forget to include your qualifications like: “I’m a perfictionist” or “My shelf-awareness is unparalleled.”

To compensate the bibliophile, Philip Blackwell—who started the shop as part of his Ultimate Library business after struggling to find quality reading material on his own vacations—says he’ll provide a meager salary with an address near the resort that is described, “among dense foliage on beaches with sand as soft as snow.” So consider yourself set to kick back with Donna Tartt, Roxane Gay, or whomever fits your literary flavor—and of course, share your faves with fellow island-goers.
