Pursoma Bain de Pied Recovery Foot Soak — $8.00

Made with aromatherapeutic geranium, ginger root, juniper berry, and detoxifying sea salt, this soak can help revive tired toes (and heels). And that’s not just marketing speak. Dr. Adam H. Kaplan, DPM, of Arcus Orthotics says that foot soaks are very soothing, and calls this product a “great alternative” to the Epsom salt baths he often recommends to his patients.

“This product has many benefits,” he says. “It may help to reduce inflammation as the salts work to draw out fluid and swelling through osmosis, it can help to get rid of dead skin through exfoliation, and the algae component may reduce sweating and foot odor.” Additionally, he points out the Epsom salt isn’t actually salt (which he admits is a total surprise to many), so the fact that this soak contains real sea salt makes it that much more of a stand-out: In a recent study researchers found that warm salt foot baths have the ability to significantly reduce foot pain.
