We’ve experienced her fitness superpower first-hand: making your workout feel like a blast. Megan channels such positive energy through everything she does, and she has amazing playlists that will make you crave dancing and set you up for an amazing day.
Go deep with Francesa Valarezo during yoga with a dash of reiki
Francesca Valarezo specializes in deep-healing yoga, reiki, and has a cool spiritual take on life to help you break through to a place of total relaxation. You’ll channel a deeper state of calm with her daily 30-minute restorative classes, and reconnect to a deeper part of yourself with her guided meditations.
