Wow, June took us so many different places! Internally and externally, June showed us ways to explore and started to connect us more with our dear planet again. Here in the northern hemisphere, with the warmth of the sunshine and flowers fully blooming, it helps us to remember what a miracle Great Mother Earth truly is, always.
As we head into July, there will be some very powerful and juicy feelings of stretching and expanding. When you are presented with situations that are taking you out of your comfort zone—that are requiring a version of you that’s a bit beyond what you usually do—embrace them and lean into them.
Antelope is more apt to align with you and your energies if you have a defined, clear goal—even more reason to take some meditation time right now and make some decisions you’ve put off making.
The blessed spirit animal who is with us all month to support us is the incredible antelope. Call upon the antelope to assist you in knowing that the power is you and that the time is now to take clear action. If at any point in July you feel overwhelmed, balled up in confusion or fogginess, ask for antelope to come forth to empower and support you. Plus, antelope is more apt to align with you and your energies if you have a defined, clear goal—even more reason to take some meditation time right now and make some decisions you’ve put off making, then bring antelope in to walk right alongside of you as you take the next steps needed for goal manifestation!
One key that will continue to be a vital component from last month to this month is staying grounded and connected to Earth. As we are being stretched to up-level in life, we typically move into realms that are more unknown. And when we as humans hit areas of unknown, it can trigger lots of thoughts, sometimes fears, and can keep us in our heads too much. So, remember, when an opportunity strikes for you to really experience something or be someone new, courageously lean in and do practices that help you to stay in your body and heart (rather than too much in your head).
Focus on your breath, laying or walking barefoot directly on the Earth, and movement like dance, slow flow yoga or tai chi. Do all you can to let your body and being know it is safe to stretch into these new aspects of your life. There may be times where it feels really intense, and you may even question your decision to lean into this stretch, but I promise you will be so happy you did it and you will absolutely feel the new you born and emerged.
One fun and interesting aspect that revealed for this month pertains to love. Communications came in very clearly around letting your feelings be known. If there is someone in your life you’ve been crushing on, or you’ve been close and cozy with someone but you’re feeling the nudge inside to take things to the level—express it! Let’s get the energetic wheels more in motion this July with romance, intimacy, and honest communication, and let love move more freely about the world.

And lastly, let’s get clearer and more definitive with our wants, visions, and needs. That may be dreams you’ve had for so long but you’re waiting for more signs. Or it may be a way of life that you really want, but you’ve been stalling on claiming them with a clear heart decision. July is your time to clear the fog and procrastination energies and stake claim on what you want. This energetic aspect will go hand-in-hand in supporting the stretch and expansiveness, as the clearer you are about what you want, the more you’ll be willing to put in the steps needed to actualize those visions. And you’ll spend less time in your head thinking, and more time in your body doing.
Overall, July is a month of putting yourself out there! No more lollygagging or mulling about in life. Our time here is such a treasure and so precious—express your love, rise up, and go after your dreams!
