Last week the POTUS met Brigitte Macron, the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron, and his response was, “You’re in such good shape… beautiful.” The general public sentiment seems to be firmly along the lines of “ugh” and “ew,” but for those who might still be uncertain of when it is and isn’t okay to compliment a woman’s body, Reebok put together a brief, super-clever guide.

The graphic, shared via Reebok’s Twitter account, comes with a caption explaining, “In case you were wondering when it IS appropriate to say, ‘You’re in such good shape…beautiful,’ … THIS.” According to Reebok, the only time you can and should make said remark is upon finding “a forgotten action figure from your youth, unscathed after decades, in your parents’ basement.”
The post quickly went viral (it has nearly 47,000 retweets and 80,000 likes—and counting). Lessons learned: Don’t make icky sexist comments to women at work (or anywhere else, ever)…and you can rely on Reebok to throw some really smart, clever shade.
