14 of the Best Men’s Yoga Pants You’ll Want To Wear On and Off the Mat
Gone are the days when men were left to roll up to yoga class in basketball shorts or heavy sweatpants (thank goodness.) The time-honored mind and body practice requires movement across a variety of of poses and sequences, making a proper men's yoga pant necessary to comfortably to go with the flow. “Generally speaking, yoga pants tend to have a higher waistline, and be closer-fitting and more stretchable overall,” she says. “There’s often a blend of fabrics in yoga pants that’s designed for the high demands of a quality yoga session—like lycra and spandex—and these blends may differ from those found in ordinary workout clothes.” Ideally, she recommends yoga clothing that is made of soft, flexible, breathable, light, opaque, perhaps sweat-wicking material, and able to withstand frequent uses and washes.
