The concept of overnight oats isn’t novel—it’s been around for a while. Convenient, heart-healthy, and delicious, overnight (or cold) oats are a pretty easy meal to prepare. You can always create your own variety pack as well! This is great option if a whole pack of one flavor is a bit too much, but one or two flavors might not strike your fancy. The coffee coconut and the vanilla bean pair nicely with my morning cup of coffee. I also love to have a banana along with my oatmeal.
And look: I’ve tried meal prep. I’ve thought to myself many times that *this* would be the week I start going to the grocery on the same day, once a week, with a carefully planned list of ingredients and come home to do my cooking and rationing. If you can accomplish that, kudos to you! However, I have decided there is no shame in letting the pros help me out a bit. So I tried MUSH, and found out it was so, so worth it.
