First thing I did when I woke up this morning: Went for a run!
Last thing I did before I went to sleep last night: Talked to my fiancé.
Most people probably don’t know this about me, but… I’m always wearing a necklace called a tulsi mala my grandfather gave me in sixth grade. Also, I’m 4’11”.
The one place I’d never wear yoga pants: a wedding.
Workout I’m currently obsessed with:Circuit of Change.
The one wellness trend you’ll never see me try: Cleanses.
If sugar was a superfood, my diet would consist of: Skittles, Sour Patch Kids. and butterscotch candies.
The last time I used my oven: Hmm… never.
I never make a smoothie without adding: Peanut butter!
If I were a fruit or vegetable, I’d be: a watermelon.
I firmly believe that a woman can never have too many: Workout tops.
The one song that I’ve been playing on repeat: OMI’s “Cheerleader.”
The one beauty product that I’m always replenishing: Eyeliner.
My go-to spot for date night with my BF/GF/BFFs: The Flatiron Room.
My most memorable sweaty moment: I held plank for over four minutes!
One way I’ve given back that I’m proud of is: Helping my Indian culture stay alive, and of course keeping people happy through ClassPass.
My mantra of the moment: Embrace change.
