This TikTok-Worthy Blender Was the Easiest (and Tastiest) Upgrade to My Morning Routine
The truth is, I’ve been in a bit of a morning routine slump lately. The things that once got me excited to get out of bed (think: a hot yoga class, a coffee run, or a walk to the beach) haven't motivated me the way they used to lately.

Since it's arrival, every morning after I get home from yoga, I throw some frozen fruit, spinach, oat milk, and protein powder into whichever cup is clean, lock the cup and blade into place on the motor base, and boom: I've got a delicious smoothie ready to go mere seconds later.
