There are a lot of reasons to love babies. Not only do these tiny humans teach love, patience, and compassion, they’re also just so darn cute and cuddly. And in order to stay that way while also protecting baby’s delicate skin, parents have to take extra special care. Harsh, chemical-laden soaps, lotions, and other products are kept far from those little bundles of joy, so why not extend yourself the same luxury? Well, as it turns out, many moms do just that.

Dermatologists often suggest baby products for folks with sensitive skin, because they’re frequently devoid of harsher chemicals and fragrances, which makes them extra gentle on skin. And moms everywhere are taking note. After hearing the trend picking up steam, I asked my hive mind (Insta followers who are also moms) which children’s products they not-so secretly use on themselves. Kiehl’s Baby Nurturing Baby Cream for Face & Body, $19

My daughter had eczema as a baby and the only thing that kept her skin nice and moisturized was the Kiehl’s baby lotion. I used it frequently on myself as well.
