Givenchy Rose Perfecto Lip Balm 24H Hydration — $38.00

“If you’re looking a product to give you a fuller pout, try Givenchy’s Rose Perfecto Lip Balm. It boasts 24 hour hydration and customizes to your PH level for that perfect pink,” says Gabbay. It also comes in 10 shades that range from light pink to deep red. 

Ilia Balmy Tint Hydrating Lip Balm — $28.00

These lip balms are divine; they are so hydrating and their shade range can be dressed up or dressed down. I have this in every color,” says Malek. W+G’s senior commerce editor agrees—it’s the first tinted lip balm that actually behaves like an actual lip balm (versus a lipstick that’s slightly more hydrating), yet gives you a true pop of color (her favorite is “Lullaby,” which is a subtle rosy red).

“This lip balm is another product that I find myself gravitating to because it plumps up my lips and makes them look kissable and fresh, while also hydrating them from within,” says Malek. “I love how Charlotte Tilbury has the Iconic Pillow talk color in a lip balm version.” As someone who personally own this lip balm, I can vouch for its plumping, hydrating hyaluronic superpowers.
