Last year, the leggings-loving part of the internet broke when the all-sizes-welcome brand Girlfriend Collective offered to give a free pair of its eco-friendly stretch pants to shoppers—all you had to pay was the $20 shipping fee.
The startup says it received 10,000 orders the first day of the promotion—and promptly had a month-long waitlist. But now the company’s stock is back, and it’s ready to sell its hit Girlfriend Leggings en masse.

You can no longer nab a pair for “free”—but the super-soft workout tights (made from recycled-material) are still surprisingly affordable, considering the cult following they’ve developed. They’re available in high-rise and mid-rise styles, come in powder blue, black, or ivory, and retail for $58–$68.
“We wanted our price points to be accessible for as many people as possible,” Ellie Dinh, the company’s founder, tells Refinery29. “We believed we could give the highest quality—with socially and environmentally responsible manufacturing—without the expensive prices. And hey, we can!”
Girlfriend Collective will be taking pre-orders for the next three weeks, and promises to ship ’em out within 30 days. *Marks calendar.*
