In regards to work-out fashion, however, there are undeniable trends—unsurprisingly, they include some of the ubiquitous throwbacks that reigned supreme over the past 12 months.

The coveted sneaker of yore made a serious comeback this year, making an appearance on all sorts of influencers and street style stars.
2. Champion hoodie
It may be a simple sweatshirt, but the ones embroidered with the distinct C logo were on everyone’s wish list this year.

Boutique fitness classes everywhere were packed with women rocking the swish on their shorts.
4. Jordans
Yet another throwback Nike style that became ubiquitous—for good reason.
5. Vans
Vans sneakers have been all over the place for a long time now, but this year they’ve still been strong as the go-to for everything from leggings to dresses.
