Haney created an office environment that embraces the #doingthings ethos: The brand’s HQ even moved from New York City to Austin, a city that’s more conducive to outdoor activity. The office’s open floor plan—which features vintage rugs and glass conference rooms named after national parks—is reportedly full of bikes, kick scooters, and skateboards; Haney said that she and her employees often shoot hoops or jump into Barton Springs at the end of the work day.
