Pura d’or Apple Cider Vinegar Thin2Thick Shampoo features biotin, apple cider vinegar, and DHT blockers, all ingredients that Dr. Skelsey says are great for hair growth. “Biotin and DHT blockers support hair growth and apple cider vinegar decreases inflammation that can slow hair growth,” she says. The Dove Men 2 in 1 Shampoo + Conditioner Thick + Strong “contains caffeine which inhibits phosphodiesterase and promotes hair growth and calcium which strengthens hair allowing it to be less prone to breakage,” says Dr. Skelsey. And even though it’s a “men’s” product, anyone can use it.
