Why “Netflix and Chill” Could Actually Be Killing Your Sex Life
So much for Netflix and chill—researcher sat Lancaster University in the UK found that streaming services are now actually getting in the way of people's sex lives. Obviously there's a very easy fix here: If you want to make sex a priority in your relationship, limit your binge-watching to the earlier part of the evening. Think you'll be hopelessly bored without it? Hey, maybe that's part of the point.
Speaking of sex, here's what it's like to meet with a sex therapist (you know you want to know). And find out if sex or cardio is better for your health.
