What happens when you take the buzziest (read: most-waitlisted) fitness instructors in New York City and put them all under one roof? It would look at lot like Performix House, an exclusive new fitness studio in the works from the team behind the fitness supplements brand of the same name, set to open this spring in NYC’s Flatiron district.
Even by New York’s more extravagant gym standards, this will definitely not be your average sweat sesh spot. The gym will offer personal training, recovery treatments (including cryotherapy and infrared sauna sessions), and group classes with some of the top instructors in the city. As in: celeb-favorite SoulCycle instructor Akin Akman (along with the entire Akin’s Army crew), SLT alum and Be.Come Method creator Bethany Meyers, Ashley Guarrasi from Rumble, Nike master trainer Traci Copeland, and Le Sweat creator Charlee Atkins (who’s also hosting our first-ever Well+Good retreat in Palm Springs, CA, next month).
Performix House isn’t just giving star trainers a place to teach—they’re helping them build their empires, too. Trainers who join the team have access to an exclusive media and content studio to give them the tools they need to grow their brand in the digital space (and IRL).

Performix House is an exclusive gym and media studio; a gorgeous space for dedicated clients and trainers to make some serious magic,” writes FitTrips founder Jess Glazer in a recent Instagram post.
So just how exclusive will the gym be? Before you sign up for a class—you may want to check in on your Instagram following. “Be sure to follow @performixdriven and DM to be considered for membership,” Glazer says in the Instagram post.
No word yet on what the *actual* membership requirements are, but you can always take a page from this wellness influencer’s book and learn how to keep it real (while also killing it) on Instagram.
