If you love working out, want to start a new routine, or simply need some extra inspo during the cold months ahead, we've got you covered. Starting January 1, 2025, we're giving you four weeks of full-body workouts that will build strength, endurance, and mobility.
The Good Moves Club Winter Challenge is for anyone looking to start strong in the new year! Each workout is designed by certified personal trainer Or Artzi, CPT, an instructor at Equinox and creator of the fitness platform, Orriors. Here's what you get:
- 4 weeks of brand new workouts designed to meet you where you are—they're suitable for newbies and veteran fitness fans alike. All of the workouts are about 30 minutes long, require minimal equipment (think: a towel or a set of dumbbells) and can be done right in your living room (no gym membership required!). Each week includes 4 strength workouts, 1 active recovery session, 2 rest days, plus warmups.
- Daily newsletters to keep you on track and motivated. We've removed the guesswork—we'll email your routine to you each morning so you always know exactly what to do.
- Extra motivation in our private Facebook group. The Good Moves Club Facebook group is the perfect place to chat with other workout buddies and get exclusive tips from Artzi herself.
