According to a new study conducted by Welch’s (yes, the juice company), the average mom clocks in an average of 98 hours a week, which is essentially equivalent to working 2.5 full-time jobs. According to Yahoo! UK, the researchers surveyed 2,000 American moms with kids between the ages of five and twelve, who detailed their weekly schedules. The data shows that most moms start their parenting-related duties around 6:30 a.m. and wrap up around 8:30 p.m. Could you imagine being at the office that long?

You may be thinking that surely they aren’t parenting non-stop. There’s still probably plenty of downtime to go to yoga, get a massage, or watch Property Brothers. Yeah, not so much. It turns out, moms only get an average of one hour and seven minutes to themselves all day.
