One of my first “pandemic projects” was creating a home office for myself—a little nook in the corner of my bedroom with a desk, chair, and stack of colorful notebooks. Nature can be our reminder to be present, to live life fully awake. It’s why a lot of silent retreats take place in beautiful places of nature.”
