This Frothy Maple-Whiskey Cocktail Doubles As a Healthy-Ish Dessert
“The snow bunny cocktail is all about balance,” says Sarah Schneider, co-owner of Egg Shop. “A bit of whiskey for warmth, marshmallow for sweetness, and almond milk so you don't feel like you're getting too boozy!”
With just one ounce of liquor per drink, it’s enough to warm you up without throwing you out of whack. Plus, the almond milk adds a bit of protein and vitamin E and the maple syrup makes it naturally sweet while the cinnamon adds a spiced kick. And the marshmallow? That’s just for fun.
