As for the fit, I recommend taking your true size. “Their tight, stretchy design gives you support while you focus on your run,” the Nike product description says. I can attest that they are both stretchy and supportive, which is a win-win in my books. If you’ve ever found yourself constantly readjusting your shorts for comfort and to make sure they don’t ride up or sag, you’ll never experience that again when exercising in these Nike running shorts. I love them so much, I’ve purchased them in every color, and it’s safe to say I can’t get enough of them.
